品牌創辦人-梁詔然在荒廢的茶園中思考，秉持著客家子弟不服輸不忘祖的精神，透過父親傳承製茶的技巧加上創意改良，製作出特殊風味的高山紅茶，紅玉佳人將會是我們傳遞『幸福甜蜜滋味』的開始。堅定信念推廣台灣茶，靜下心細細品味，許多美好的滋味就在我們身邊。

ブランドの物語『奉茗堂』が紡ぐのは、ある客家（ハッカ）茶農家の魂の物語です。そのルーツは1927年に遡ります。一族の歴史は、まさに台湾茶の激動の歴史そのものでした。輸出全盛の「茶金（チャキン）」時代、台湾経済の飛躍、そして921大地震や金融危機といった数々の試練……。四世代にわたる変革と苦難を乗り越え、私たちは今日まで歩み続けてきました。かつて荒れ果てた茶園に立ち、創業者・梁詔然（リャン・ジャオラン）は決意しました。「困難に屈せず、祖先を忘れない」――その客家の精神を胸に、父から受け継いだ伝統技術と、新たな創意工夫を融合させること。そうして誕生したのが、他にはない特別な風味を持つ「高山紅茶」です。代表作「紅玉佳人」は、私たちが皆様へ「幸せで甘い味わい」をお届けする、その始まりの一杯です。台湾茶の素晴らしさを伝えたいという、揺るぎない信念と共に。心を静めて、ゆっくりと味わってください。美しい風味と幸せは、いつも私たちのすぐそばにあります。

Our Story: The Taste of Happiness from Fong Ming TangFong Ming Tang narrates the story of Hakka tea farmers, a legacy dating back to 1927 that reads like a bittersweet history of Taiwanese tea. Having undergone four generations of transformation, it has weathered the golden age of tea, exports to Europe and Japan, Taiwan's economic boom, and even the trials of the 921 earthquake and the financial crisis.

Standing amidst a desolate tea garden, our founder, Liang Chao-Jan, reflected on the future. Upholding the resilient Hakka spirit of "never giving up and honoring one's roots," he combined the tea-making techniques inherited from his father with creative innovation to craft a unique High Mountain Black Tea.

Our signature tea, "Ruby Black Tea" (Hongyu), marks the beginning of our journey to deliver the "sweet taste of happiness." With a firm belief in promoting Taiwan tea, we invite you to calm your mind and savor the moment—often, the most beautiful flavors of life are right beside us.
